Bank Worker
Carrying out all common (difficult) assembly work, performing complicated work on main and auxiliary equipment on board for mega yachts, new build and repair ships on instructions.
The bank worker is accountable to the foreman, who in turn falls under the production coordinator.
Reading drawings, schedules and the work assignment;
Choosing the most efficient working method and the materials, tools and aids to be used for this;
Disassembly, assembly, repair and overhaul of pumps and winches;
Disassembly and assembly of propeller shafts and rudders;
Disassembling hydraulic cylinders and steering machines, aligning, among other things, pumps, motors and gearboxes in collaboration with a specialist;
Transporting various parts in and out of a ship;
Making foundations;
Carrying out activities in the field of pneumatics / hydraulics;
Provide assistance with commissioning;
Flexibility in the execution of activities in other disciplines

Requirements
Technical knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering / banking to be able to perform complicated work. (MBO level 3 working and thinking level);
Experience in ship repair / shipbuilding / offshore is required;
A flexible attitude towards activities;
Knowledge of working conditions, safety and environmental regulations;
Willingness to work in evening and weekend shifts according to a schedule;
Command of (the Dutch and) English language is an advantage;
Knowledge of material and tools;
Willing, social and initiative-oriented;
Has the capabilities to grow further within the company;
Drivers license (B);
